Momonga — project of the restaurant holding Alba Group. The creators were inspired by modern cafes, rhythm, trends and gastronomy of Tokyo.

Chef Stas Kim built the menu on three pillars: reliable classics, trendy comfort food and author's ideas on the topic.

First of all, pay attention to the signature salmon tostada, crab tacos and Fuji roll with eel and cucumber. Old acquaintances include laconic maki, hand roll, gunkans and sushi, soba with chicken and udon with seafood.
